Coconut Cranberry Energy Balls

These yummy balls are a great snack to have with your cuppa or when you’re in need of an energy hit!

  • 4 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 generous tablespoons of dried cranberries
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 30g of desiccated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon of water
  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blitz on high until the oats become fine
  2. Roll into small treat sized balls
  3. Place them in the fridge or freezer for 1 hour until they have set
  • Makes 10 balls
  • Approximately 71 calories per serve
