
These yummy balls are a great snack to have with your cuppa or when you’re in need of an energy hit!
- 4 teaspoons of honey
- 2 generous tablespoons of dried cranberries
- 1 cup of rolled oats
- 30g of desiccated coconut
- 1 tablespoon of water
- Place all ingredients in the blender and blitz on high until the oats become fine
- Roll into small treat sized balls
- Place them in the fridge or freezer for 1 hour until they have set
- Makes 10 balls
- Approximately 71 calories per serve
